Diaper Guarantee
Our work is guaranteed. Materials are guaranteed for 45 days from shipment if our recommended care instructions have been followed.

Returns and Exchanges
Tallulah baby will process an exchange on any item within 15 days of shipment as long as it is returned unused (other than being tried on) and unwashed with prior approval. Sorry, we can’t accept returns on special made custom items & “seconds” are sold AS IS. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the consumer. For return approval, please contact us.

Lifetime Snap Guarantee
The snaps on our diapers, covers, & all in one diapers are guaranteed for LIFE, even if you aren’t the original owner. If a snap ever breaks or cracks, falls off or otherwise - we’ll replace it for free. Please note: Most of our diapering items have hidden snaps, if we need to replace a snap, the fixed snap may not be hidden. The broken part will be removed from the body of the diaper if it is still inside, the hole stitched and fray checked and a new snap applied. Contact us for return instructions should you experience a snap problem.

Shipping costs may include a small handling fee to cover packaging costs.
